Cuban oregano is my currently my favorite herb.  I bought this plant last year at the South End Open Market and it happily overwintered indoors.  Each morning on the way up to the roof, I brush against the leaves and they release the most amazing scents into the air.  We’ve used it for cooking - it goes really well with lamb and pork.  And the back of the succulent leaves have the most striking vein patterns.
